Delivery costs
United Kingdom
NEW - orders can now be collected from me at a show or if you are attending one of my classes, at no cost - just choose free book delivery at checkout & let me know which show or class you would like to collect your order from.
Alternatively, all orders can be sent by
Royal Mail Special Delivery (fully insured) costing £8.50
which is tracked and will require a signature upon delivery.
Royal Mail First Class Signed For costing £6
which is not tracked & has £20 of insurance cover for the contents
We offer free postage and packing via Evri on single copies of the book sent within the UK - please choose this shipping option at checkout.
The rest of the world
We currently only ship copies of the book overseas (not loose gemstones). Please note that we are not responsible for any customs or import fees or taxes.

Our Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your loose gemstones but in the unlikely event that you are not happy with your online purchase, here is an overview of our returns policy (full details of which can be found in our terms and conditions)
- We will accept return of loose gemstones within 14 days of purchasing for a full refund (minus the cost of any postage) provided the goods are returned in their original packaging and in the condition sent. Refunds will be made on the original payment method once the goods are received and inspected by us. We are not responsible for the delivery cost of returned items or for any loss or damage of items being returned for refund.
- Faulty or damaged items or incorrectly sent items can be returned. Please check goods on delivery and notify us by email within 7 working days of receipt - after this time, we have no liability for goods said to be damaged on delivery. A full refund will be given upon their return which must be within 30 days of delivery. Refunds will be made on the original payment method once the goods are received and inspected by us and will include the cost of return postage.
Distance Selling Regulations
If your order has been confirmed, but you have not yet received the items, you can change or cancel your order by emailing us.
If your order has already been dispatched, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after your order has been delivered, without giving a reason. Once you have emailed us to advise us of your intention to cancel your order, you then have 14 days to return the goods, at your own expense. Goods should be returned in their original packaging and in the condition sent. A full refund, inclusive of postage and packaging costs will be made on the original payment method within 14 days of the goods being received and inspected by us.
